M.S., Psychotherapist & B.S. Pediatric Nurse
Licensed Marriage, Family & Child Psychotherapist
Sudabeh is a trauma-focused psychotherapist & crisis-management specialist whose 46 years of medical and mental health service bring together pediatric nursing, critical care, and psychotherapy.
Before entering graduate school, she worked as a Registered Nurse in multiple countries and clinical environments. After beginning her work as a licensed clinician, she spent 14 years in the Emergency Department at Tri-City Medical Center, refining her ability to bring calm, clarity, and safety to people in frightening and overwhelming moments.
Her therapeutic approach is holistic, integrative, and deeply attuned. She develops individualized treatment plans and believes meaningful care grows through continuity, collaboration, and a strong therapeutic alliance. While she works with clients across the lifespan, she has a particular passion for supporting children, adolescents, and families.
When life feels overwhelming, therapy can offer a place to slow down, regain a sense of safety, and begin moving forward with clarity.
Sudabeh brings the calm, responsive presence she developed in high-acuity medical settings into every therapeutic relationship. Her work is attentive, collaborative, and tailored to the needs of each individual and family.
